1 Describe what happened

2 How did I react in thoughts and actions.

3 What did I do in avoidance,


PAUSE TO CATCH AND SETTLE MYSELF

4 Acknowledge and accept

5 Stop trying to figure it out, who to blame

6 Put one and two together, no matter extent.


DETERMINE WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

7 Peruse values for those important to you

8 Determine a purpose to follow

9 Start with a specific goal


TAKE ACTION TOWARDS YOU GOAL

10 Embark on Action

11 Monitor progress

12 Aim that your life builds meaning.


Given the repetitive nature of this process .... the cycle is shown

 in an ever expanding way since the hope is that one improves 

how one builds wellness  over time,
